The staff was friendly and accommodating, providing wake, up calls and ironing services. the location was perfect, just a 10, 15 minutes walk from St Paul's Church, making it convenient for us. Would definitely book again due to the enjoyable experience during our 2, night stay.

During my recent visit to Agra, I spent a few nights at Shyam Palace. the location is unbeatable, just a short stroll from the Taj Mahal West Gate. the room had a comfortable bed, reliable hot water, and decent WiFi. the restaurant's garden setting was lovely, offering delicious meals. the staff were accommodating, and the reception kindly arranged a late check-out at a half-day rate.
